Bosna Bank International and Dubai Export Development Corporation signed a Memorandum of Cooperation
“Dubai Session” with investors from the United Arab Emirates at the Sarajevo Business Forum
BBI’s VIP Business Club signed a three year memorandum of cooperation with the Dubai Export Development Corporation from the United Arab Emirates with the aim of intensifying cooperation between Bosnia and the UAE in the fields of economy, trade and investment.
An in depth analysis at imports into the UAE shows that there is a large demand for produce, food, wood processing and pharmaceuticals. The memorandum signed by Amer Bukvic and Mohammed Alkamali aims to establish business partnerships through the Sarajevo Business Forum and the VIP Business Club by mutually launching investment and development projects, establishing contacts between investors and businesses as well as mediating between the two countries.
BBI’s VIP Business Club aims to provide local and foreign businesses the opportunity to undergo meetings, create partnerships and to realize potential business ideas. “We strive that our clients succeed in implementing new projects, though we specifically aim that our domestic companies, mainly small and medium enterprises, build better relationships with international corporations” said Azra Colic, head of the BBI VIP Business Club.
Dubai Export Development Corporation will also represent BBI in all activities in Dubai using its wide network of business contacts. This year’s Sarajevo Business Forum, held on the 22nd and 23rd of May, will also include a panel discussion entitled “Dubai Session” which will present the possibilities of creating cooperation with countries in the Arabian Gulf in the field of international trade and food production.
Members of the VIP Business Club have the opportunity to create new business opportunities and this memorandum only opens more doors for local companies to create business partnerships with companies and institutions in Dubai and the UAE. Bosna Bank International and the VIP Business Club already have signed memorandums with business associations in Bahrain, China, India, the United Arab Emirates, Sweden and Shanghai though more information is available on our website at www.sarajevobusinessforum.com and www.bbi.ba
