Masa has a decade of experience working for businesses, startups and governments across six countries in areas of environmental policy, renewable energy, and innovation. She made her first career steps as a consultant at tech startups in Singapore, Bangkok and Berlin. SONY later selected her as one of 16 young leaders to join its Graduate Programme. Her sustainability journey started when she joined the award-winning solar energy company PROINSO. As a member of the global executive team, Masa coordinated strategic projects and teams across five continents, built new partnerships and launched a CSR initiative. Upon her return to Belgrade, she co-founded Smart City Challenge Serbia, a startup accelerator supporting innovative solutions to urban problems. Most recently, she has worked as a climate change policy advisor to the Serbian Government and a consultant to a London-based climate data analytics startup Arcturus. Masa holds masters degrees in Environmental Policy from the University of Cambridge and in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology from Bocconi University.
